Polarmask.com®  offers a "no hassle" return policy.  If the item was purchased online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. 

Included with each order is an invoice. Please send back the invoice with the returned merchandise.

If you receive merchandise not on your packing slip, we will reimburse shipping costs. Merchandise should not be shipped COD.

 If you do not have the invoice, you may print a return form by clicking here.  Please include your order number, name, address and daytime phone number.  Also include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
